Returns Policy (30-Day)
General Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized or personalized items, and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Promotional items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return items within 14 days for any reason. As stated above, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@starlightaura.com.
